KOVE 450 RALLY (2023 - 2024)Rally Raid titanium exhaust

Born on the proving ground of the most extreme rally competitions, the Rally Raid muffler has been designed and developed to convey SC-Project off-road racing experience into the Kove 450 Rally.

For this bike, the Rally Raid muffler allows an incredible weight reduction of over -50% (-2.2 kg if compared to the OEM exhaust) and to get a maximum gain* of 6.0 hp at 8500 rpm and 4.6 Nm of torque at 8500 rpm, together with a stable improvement of power and torque delivery in the low and mid range.

Everything has been developed to offer a superbe sound experience and for this application the muffler comes with removable dB-killer: the noise level with dB-killer is 95 dB, which is louder than the OEM exhaust but anyway acceptable / w-out dB-killer is 103 dB at 4200 rpm.

The Rally Raid silencer is totally manufactured with high quality titanium with a very typical and aggressive end cap (diameter 60 mm) which recalls the intense off-road use. All the technical solutions applied on this product have been tested all over the world during extremely tough off-road races and on very long adventure trips in the most several conditions, both on road and especially off road. All the components are welded with TIG technology (in protected environment) and the internal bushings are CNC machined from solid block: excellent couplings, top quality materials and high technology production processes are necessary to offer the best durability, quality and performance.

The installation is plug-and-play, ECU remapping is not necessary. This silencer is enriched by an exclusive aluminium plate with SC-Project logo, exactly like the exhaust systems of SC-Project Reparto Corse.

*The performance improvement has been registered without the baffle and in combination with Kove Official Stage 1 upgrade kit together with SC-Project de-cat link pipe and titanium header, which are sold separately.
