]]> The X-Plorer II muffler is manufactured with high quality titanium and using all technical solutions tested all over the world during very long distance travels in the most several conditions, both on road and especially off road use. All the components in titanium and AISI 304 stainless steel are welded with TIG technology (in protected environment) and the internal bushings are CNC machined from solid block: excellent couplings, top quality materials and high technology production processes are necessary to offer the best durability, quality and performance.

For the Yamaha Ténéré 700, the X-Plorer II muffler allows to save weight (-2,0 kg if compared to the OEM exhaust) and to get a maximum gain of + 1,5 hp and +1,5 Nm.

Everything has been developed to offer a superb sound experience, in full compliance with Euro 5 regulations.

The X-Plorer II silencer can be installed in combination with SC-Project racing headers, provided as an additional option.

]]> Great attention has been dedicated to performance optimization and sound output, which is a real “must” for the 3-cylinders Yamaha engines and for all SC-Project products.

The full-system for the new Yamaha Tracer 9 has been manufactured with high-quality stainless steel AISI 304 and with top level quality finishes that this bike deserves. All couplings are guaranteed by male/female bushings that ensure a perfect seal, with special T.I.G weldings handcrafted in protected environment. The black color option is made with a special ceramic paint process to resist to high temperatures.

This full system equipped with the elegant and sporty S1 integrated muffler allows to gain an outstanding performance with a maximum increase of 3.1 hp and 2.5 Nm of torque at 9.700rpm (if compared to the original system), with a sensible improvement of throttle response and riding experience throughout the full engine delivery range, in the total respect of Euro5 compliance.

The installation is plug-and-play and ECU remapping is not required.
For racing use only, it is possible to remove the catalytic converter.
The removal of the catalytic converter does not meet the Euro5 regulations.
