SC-Project, with the aim of improving performance and aesthetics of the Your Ducati Streetfighter V4 has created the semi-complete 2-1-2 system exhaust showcases first-class technical solutions. To create a unique sound we used the CR-T M2 mufflers derived from experience of the World Championships Moto 2. The external body is in high temperature resistant carbon fiber with titanium mesh stone guard. For this realization we have used the best technologies. The complete is built entirely in reduced thickness titanium, with T.I.G. welding performed in a controlled environment. The insert bushings are made of CNC machined titanium, in order to guarantee the best fit. The bushings also have a special treatment that protects against oxidation and reduces friction and allowing longer life to the hardest stresses. The mounting springs have metal covers (no in rubber) to support the maximum stresses. Inside the kit you will find the autoclave machined carbon protections with a titanium insert.
